I guess Kate hasn't been watching the news or noticing whats been going on in the world over the past decade, as she showed up in Istanbul in a sheer see through top which showed off her nipples. Whereas most of the world would be glad to be exposed to Kate's pokies, being a traditional Muslim stronghold, Istanbul isn't the best place to go flaunting one's nipply parts.
Some sources also say that it appeared that Kate Moss wasn't wearing panties either, which is probably the equivalent of showing up to a bull fight in a giant red flag costume. Fortunately for Kate the locals appear to have brushed off the incident as typical Western decadence and gone about their business with a minimum of fuss.
If Kate has any sense she should seek out whoever advised her to wear the slut dress and fire them immediately as they're obviously hellbent on having her killed.
